The inspiration for this project is somewhat more subtle, but inextricably linked to its immediate context. This private penthouse is part of the urban oasis of the White  Angel  Talamanca in Ibiza, peacefully illuminated by Mediterranean light, just  few minutes' walk from the bars and restaurants  of Talamanca Beach and the vibrant capital of Ibiza with its magnificent historical heritage and harbor.

The penthouse offers a magnificent panoramic view of Dalt Vila and the Mediterranean Sea. When visiting this place, the reflection of the setting sun in its shimmering waters created a truly magical atmosphere, the Terraza Balear team decides to capture this intangible moment . A soft palette of grays, emerald greens, and light blues is a perfect way to bring this Mediterranean feel indoor.

Careful attention has been paid to every client's request, who is very passionate and enthusiastic about individual design solutions that meet his needs and tastes. As a result, a large selection of truly bespoke furniture, enhanced by the stripping away of inessential gestures and decoration, gives the penthouse a serene dignity with an emphasis on privacy, comfort and individuality.

Living Room

 The living room is designed as an open space concept with a kitchen and has direct access to the stairs on the rooftop. The coziness of this area is created by a high quality and stylish sectional sofa from Flexform with wide and soft goose down cushions for the seat and back, sophisticated Minotti armchairs with a deep seat and a sideboard, a modern take on the antique traditions of the past. Modern, functional, yet very distinctive, Brokis luminaries combine hand-blown glass and hand-crafted metal to create a unique atmosphere.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is very elegant and specially furnished. The bedside tables perfectly complement the elegant Minotti bed with their deep blue-green base and marble top. The brass connection gives a shimmery look to the room.

Office

The office meets the client’s needs of a calm place fulfilled with natural light. Essential in both, function and appearance, a writing desk, a custom-made chair by Minotti and a sophisticated comfortable meridienne create a perfect place for a person to work and relax. As the rest of the penthouse, this room is designed in soft and light neutral color schemes with blue accents.
