The concept: Beach-style

Elements III is a two-bedroom apartment in the exclusive condominium of Puerto Portals, a harbor of Mallorca just 12 km southwest of Palma.

Designing an apartment for a customer in love with the sea, Terraza Balear drew inspiration from beach-style interiors with a Mediterranean vacation air. In this space, everything flows so that you breathe lightness, calmness, disconnection, and relaxation.

The client was looking for a functional, natural light-filled space with nothing excessive, comfortable home-away-from-home. In this project aesthetics and functionality are balanced and serve owners the best possible way.

Every element is carefully curated : organic materials, the beauty, and warmth of natural stone and wood, dyed in soft natural colors and shaded blue surfaces, materials, and accents.

Walk through the apartment

The center of domestic life is formed around a spacious, a comfortable sofa, a chair that nodes the folding chair concept, and a coffee table Janua that looks like a sculptural art object.

Dining room has various unique pieces with character: a Janua table made of unfolded thick oak trunk, solid wood Freifrau chairs with straight-lined and reduced to the essentials design, and a set of suspension lights Brokis, characterized by a hand-blown glass shade set upon on a handcrafted wooden body.

The outdoor zone is essential as this project celebrates the Mediterranean way of life. Comfortable, generously proportioned, artisanship-inspired Dedon lounge chairs accompanied by versatile Tribu side tables with crescent-shaped bases create a great spot to admire the view. A Tribu table with a sleek, organic look, airy chairs, and hand-crocheted lamps are ready to host an outdoor meal at another part of the terrace.
